Sliding Block Puzzles

by Peter and Serhiy Grabarchuk

This sliding block puzzle is one of the simplest of its kind, and consists of only seven domino-like tiles with three big digits depicted on them as shown above. Every tile can slide to an adjacent free space.

Puzzle 1. Reach the position of the digits on the tiles as shown in the small diagram, Goal 1.
Puzzle 2. Reach the position of the digits on the tiles as shown in the small diagram, Goal 2. You can do that either from the start position, or from Goal 1.

To move a tile, simply click it. Use "Undo" and "Redo" for the respective backward and forward moves of tiles along your solution. Once you solve the puzzle, or have some particular sequence of moves, you can use "Undo" and "Redo" to check all your moves. Use "Restart" to start the puzzle over again.
