Celebration of Mind II

On Friday, October 21, 2011, the
second annual
G4G Martin Gardner Celebration of Mind event will take place all around the World.
This day would have been Martin Gardner's 97th Birthday,
and the simultaneous events worldwide will celebrate his
incomparable life and work, including magic, puzzles,
recreational math, Lewis Carroll, and the many other
topics he loved. The
Gathering for Gardner Foundation welcomes everybody
to join this celebration party in any possible forms and

This year the 14th World Puzzle
Championship (14WPC) was held in Hungary in the town
of
Eger
--
an old historical town situated in northern
Hungary, from
Saturday to Thursday, October 8-13, 2005. Participants
from 27 countries took part in the contests of 14WPC. |
